1. Introduction & Acceptance Welcome to Create Marketplace Co LLC d/b/a Create Marketplace (the "Company"). By checking the box and completing the vendor signup registration, you ("Vendor") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register or sell products on our platform.
2. Vendor Registration & Account Security
Vendor must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Vendor is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Product Listings & Quality
Vendor represents that they have the legal right to sell all items listed on the marketplace.
All product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.
Prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
4. Commissions, Fees, & Payouts
Create Marketplace charges a commission fee of 10% per completed sale.
Payouts will be processed to the Vendor via Stripe / PayPal on a Monthly basis.
There is no minimum payout threshold required to receive your funds. However, all payouts will be held as pending until the standard window for potential customer returns, refunds, or chargebacks has successfully cleared. Any processed refunds or chargeback fees will be deducted directly from the Vendor’s balance.
5. Fulfillment, Shipping, & Returns
Vendor must comply with the marketplace's return and refund policy. Refunds due to vendor error, defective items, or late shipping will be deducted from the Vendor’s balance.
6. Limitation of Liability & Termination
Create Marketplace provides the platform "as-is" and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding valid payouts will be cleared, and the Vendor's listings will be removed.
